Backstabber Cider
The result of 5 guys and a load of apples in the heart of Aargau, and it worked out. Finding a passion for making Cider, they were soon making more than could be personally consumed, and so Backstabber Cider was born.
The original and one of the best (as proven by a Gold medal at Cider World 2020).
The woody brother to the Classic. An original take on the infusion trend and a winner too, taking home the highest points score in the inaugural Swiss Cider Awards.
A must try, unique and an interesting variation to Cider and Perry.
